Putting ACT into Your Practice
A day’s experiential workshop training with the Co-creator of the ACT Matrix – Mark Webster, was held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Manchester on Friday 18th September 2015. Mark Webster is a UKCP registered psychotherapist and internationally recognised expert in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). As a founding member of ACBS, Mark is a regular speaker at the international conference and has worked on all the major continents, delivering well over 250 ACT workshops since 2000. This was an intermediate training for attendees with an understanding of the Hexaflex and 6 components and existing experience of experimenting with ACT components.
